About the Program

The schemes on “PROFICIENCY TESTING FOR PETROLEUM PRODUCTS & LUBRICANTS” are organized by the GCC Standardization Organization (GSO) and executed by ASTM International. All participation and shipping fees will be paid for by the GCC Standardization Organization (GSO).

The ASTM Proficiency Testing Programs (PTP) are statistical quality assurance programs that enable laboratories to assess their performance in conducting test methods within their own laboratories when their data are compared against other laboratories that participate worldwide in the same program.

Registration Fees

FREE of charge to the participating laboratories from GSO member states, all the registration and samples and distribution of samples, statistical analysis of samples fees are covered by GSO.
