Parking
There is extensive parking at the halls.
The Bubble Lounge
The glass-encased and oval-shaped Bubble Lounge can accommodate up to 300 guests.
The lounge provides event planners with the perfect venue for cocktail receptions, luncheons, dinners and parties.
Adjacent to the upper level of the Sheikh Rashid Hall, this elevated lounge offers an intimate setting with panoramic views of the main Concourse below.

The Emirates NBD is located in front of Hall 8. There are ATMs at various locations throughout the halls.

Public telephones are located in the foyer of each hall. Phone cards are available from each of the snack kiosks in the halls.

Al Wasl Press Conference Centre
Located in the spacious Al Wasl foyer on the ground floor, the Press Conference Centre seats up to 50 people and is the perfect environment for a media briefing.
Telephone, fax and data transmission facilities enable journalists to report the latest happenings to news agencies around the world.
Concourse
The double volume Concourse that runs the width of the centre can accommodate thousands of people.
The Concourse serves as a link between the Exhibition Halls and the Sheikh Rashid and Sheikh Maktoum Halls, and connects to two hotels.
It is lined with banking, postal, travel and rental facilities, restaurants, coffee houses, and retail stores, and registration desks capable of housing organiser-supplied equipment.
