Setaram was formed during the middle of the last century because a steel company in France could not find commercially available instrumentation that was powerful enough to deliver thermal analysis data that was required for its materials research effort. That simple step more than 50 years ago is as key to our principles and product lines today as it was then - to provide a technical solution, a characterization or even a single data point that other companies simply can not deliver to the materials scientist.
