NANOVAK R&D Company was established in 2006 for the purpose of developing and producing thin film coating systems. The range of products has been expanded in 10 years. Until now, Nanovak has manufactured and delivered more than 100 systems, all of which are operating in many countries. Some of the systems that are currently in production, can be listed as, thermal and sputtering systems, CVD and PECVD systems, e-beam systems, vacuum furnaces and vacuum brazing systems. NANOVAK also produces various vacuum components for HV and UHV systems. All vacuum systems can be manufactured with computer control.
