1. Hygiene

General Cleaning

General cleaning & disinfecting: The Exhibition Halls and all surrounding areas will cleaned to the highest standards during build-up, throughout the exhibition and during breakdown.

Common areas such as washrooms will be cleaned every hour. All touch points kept to a minimum and cleaned at all times.


Hand Sanitizers

Hand sanitisers will be provided throughout the Exhibition venue, washrooms and F & B outlets. Frequent hand washing will be encouraged for everyone.


Cashless Payments

Cashless payments: We will not be accepting cash payments for any extra services.


Food & Beverage

Food & beverage: Catering will be available but there will be no water stations, only bottled water, and all food and snacks will be pre-packed.


2. Personal Protection

Temperature Checks

Temperature checks: All Exhibitors, Visitors, Seminar Presenters and Staff will be temperature checked on arrival at the concourse.


Face Masks

Face masks: In accordance with current Government advice, face masks will be required to be worn at all times. Extra face masks will be available for purchase.


Perspex Shields

Perspex shields: All organising staff will be behind Perspex shields, and these will also be in use in visitor registration areas, lounge areas, exhibitor registration desks, and wherever appropriate.


3. Physical distancing

Registration time slot

Registration time slot: Visitors will be given timed slots for attendance, and limits on numbers will be in place to prevent overcrowding. Detailed information will be provided as part of the visitor registration procedure.


Physical distancing

Physical distancing: will be in place throughout the Exhibition concourse, Registration areas, Exhibition Halls, Organisers office and on stands and in Seminar areas. Signs and floor stickers will remind everyone of this safe practice.


Handshakes

Handshakes: All participants will be reminded to avoid handshakes or other forms of close contact.


online Registration

Online registration: All registrations to visit the Exhibition will be online, and visitor passes will be sent to your mobile devices, or you will be asked to print off before arrival. The registration system will be entirely touchless. More detailed information will follow.


One way aisles

One way aisles: The Exhibition Halls will have clearly signposted one way systems throughout, to avoid close contact.


Buyer breakout lounges

Buyer breakout lounges: Numbers of visitors on stands will be strictly controlled by timed visitor slots and constant monitoring. Break out areas will be provided for off-stand discussions.
